Wheat Bulgur
Wheat Bulgur (or Bulgur Wheat) is made from dried and cracked wheat that has been partially boiled. Wheat Bulgur is naturally high in fiber and has a tender and chewy texture and is great used in salads or mixed in main dishes. Bulgur wheat is very popular in Middle Eastern dishes.

Add 1 part bulgur to 3 parts water. Bring the water to a boil and let boil for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and cover. Let stand for 4 minutes and drain any excess water. Serve immediately.
Bulgur wheat is a good source of protein, fiber, iron and vitamin B-6. Due to bulgur being a whole grain, it may also help lower the risks of cardiovascular disease.
