Steel Cut Oats are milled from high protein oats and cut into small pieces on a steel buhr mill. Steel cut oats are a very healthy, delicious, full bodied hot cereal with a great texture.

Due to the way they are processed, steel cut oats are lower on the glycemic index than regular rolled oats. Steel cut oats digest more slowly and keep blood sugar levels more stable than their rolled counterpart.
