Place on a baking sheet in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant. Stir occasionally. Almonds will continue to roast after removed from oven. Toss with olive oil and salt. Allow 20 minutes to cool.
Almonds that will be used in a recipe should be dry roasted with no added oil.
