These food safe, food grade buckets are perfect for storing food. Choose from four convenient food grade bucket sizes for short and long-term food storage. Use a food storage bucket with gamma lid for short-term easy access storage.
Combine these food safe buckets with mylar bags and oxygen absorbers for long-term (20+ year) food storage. Choose our most popular food safe 5 gallon bucket for storing large quantities of grains, beans, and seeds.
Food grade buckets and lids are sold separately. Select from three lid styles: gamma seal, snap on, and tear-strip lids.
These white HDPE #2 plastic food safe buckets are built tough for stacking strength. The wire bail handle allows for easy carrying and pouring. When storing food long term it's recommended to store buckets off the ground on a wooden rack not stacked together.
For ultimate long term food storage grab a home freeze dryer, mylar storage bags and O2 absorbers, plus some 5 gallon food grade buckets and lids.
Please note: These buckets are new resin HDPE 2 plastic. High Density Polyethylene, or HDPE, is the most commonly used food grade plastic.
