Dark Rye flour, milled from select, cleaned rye grain, is a refined flour that includes the inseparable, fine mixture of bran and other grain components which remain after the flour extraction. This product imparts a more intense flavor and darker color than white and medium rye flours. Use to make full-flavored rye and sourdough breads, and rye rolls and buns.
