White Pepper hand-packed with care in our very own kitchen at Red Hill General Store, located in the town of Hillsville, VA. Hotter, less subtle and mildly fermented than black pepper. It is often used in casseroles and salads. The berries used for our 2 ounces of White Pepper are ripened on the vine and soaked so that their outer hulls are easily removed.
