**Presto 23 Quart Induction Pressure Canner- The Presto induction compatible pressure canner is the only full-sized consumer pressure canner that works on an induction range. Its extra-large 23-quart size is designed for easy, confident pressure canning—the only method recommended safe by the U.S. Department of Agriculture for canning vegetables, meats, poultry, and seafood. It doubles as a boiling water canner for preserving fruits, jams, jellies, pickles, and salsa in half-pint, pint, and quart jars.
